Take 4 bread slices.
Cut into small squares. Set aside.
Toast it in oil until golden brown and crisp.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Heat oil in the same pan add garlic fry until golden.
Add finely chopped onion, capsicum along with required salt.
Saute until onion turns transparent. Just saute for a minute.
Add soya sauce, red chilli paste and tomato sauce.
Give a quick mix add little water.
Let the sauce boil for a minute or two or until its slightly thick.
Add toasted bread pieces to it.
Toss it well finally garnish with spring onion.
Give a quick mix and switch off.
Bread pieces should not be too soggy, it should be moist.
Serve Chilli Bread hot!
