Rose Milk Ice Recipe | Rose milk Popsicle Recipe

Rosk Milk Popsicle is a flavourful, delicious ice pop made by freezing rose flavoured milk. Rose Milk Popsicle also called Rose Milk Ice is a good recipe to make at home to manage the heat of the summer and a pleasant surprise after meal.

Ingredients

Using rose milk essence

  • 2 cups full fat milk boiled, cooled
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 drops rosemilk essence

Using rose syrup

  • 2 cups full fat milk boiled, cooled
  • 1/4 cup rose syrup

Instructions

  • To begin with add milk to a  sauce pan.
  • Let it boil.
  • Simmer for 3-5 mins.
  • Cool down then pour in a jug.
  • Add sugar.
  • Add rose milk essence.
  • Mix it well. Set aside.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds or any teacups till 3/4th of the rim.
  • All filled and ready.
  • Cling wrap it with aluminum foil, carefully prick with a knife then insert ice cream sticks. Alternately you can even close it with your popsicle mould lid itself.
  • Freeze it for atleast 8 hrs.
  • Then take it out and carefully dip the popsicle mould in water.
  • Remove foil first. Carefully pull out the popsicles.
  • Serve Rose Milk Ice immediately!

Notes

  • Don't have a popsicle mold?! dont worry use paper cups or even steel tumblers cling wrap with aluminium foil insert ice cream sticks and freeze it. It demolds easily or you can even cut the cups to get the popsicles out.
  • Add rose essence, red pink food color or use rose syrup to make rose milk.
  • Add  little more sweetness than we add for drinking.
  • Freezing for at least 6 hrs is required but I kept it overnight.
  • For easy demolding - show the popsicle molds in warm water, then pull the stick out slowly to get the ice pops clean.
