To begin with first add frozen whipping cream to a mixing bowl.
Whip it using a electric beater until stiff peaks form. This is the main step in making white chocolate mousse.
The peaks should form stiffly. Turn over the bowl to check the cream will stand still. Mix well, Set aside.
Next to another mixing bowl : add white chocolate chopped along with remaining frozen whipping cream.
Make sure the chocolate is chopped small so that its easy to melt.
Boil water to a sauce pan. Let it boil.
Once it starts to boil, place a bowl over it. This is called double boiling method. But make sure the bowl should be dry and the base of the bowl should not touch the water in the pan. Leave it undisturbed for 2 mins.
Whisk well until it melts completely. Next switch off and let it cool for 10 mins.
Now add this to whipped cream. Using a spatula mix it well.
Place a star nozzle in a piping bag. Place it inside a tall glass.
Fill it up with prepared mousse. You can skip this step if you want to serve as such. Just spoon out in a serving glass and serve. Piping bag ready!
Pipe it in a serving glass, chill it for few mins before serving! Enjoy White chocolate mousse!
