Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 and 1/2 cups chilled milk (boiled & chilled)
  • few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder to a bowl.
  • Add 1/4 cup hot water to the bowl. You can use coffee decoction instead
  • Mix well so that there are no lumps.
  • Add 1/2 cup condensed milk to it.
  • Mix it well. The mixture should be smooth and creamy.
  • Add this to the serving glass first. Add half of it.
  • Add ice cubes to it.
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cups chilled milk. add half of it first then alternate with coffee mixture then add remaining milk.
  • Mix well with a straw.
  • Serve chilled!

Notes

  • Adjust the coffee powder according to your preference. But this decoction should be strong so that while adding condensed milk it will balance the taste.
  • Chilled drink always need more sweetness so adjust condensed milk accordingly. This was perfect for us.
  • You can prepare the coffee decoction and store it in fridge for 2 days.
