Cane Sugar Flavoured Milk is a tasty, aromatic drink made by simmering milk with spices, flavours and cane sugar. Cane Sugar Flavoured Milk is an alternate to the regular milk and healthy too!

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoon cane sugar
  • 1 nos cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry ginger powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper powder

Instructions

  • To a sauce pan – add milk to it. Let it come to a rolling boil, simmer for 2 mins.
  • Crush cardamom and add it along with dry ginger and pepper powder.
  • Simmer for another 2 mins. Switch off finally add cane sugar immediately. Mix well.
  • Strain and serve Cane Sugar Flavoured Milk hot!
