Homemade jeera powder recipe, roasted cumin seeds powder can be used in curries and gravies.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup jeera(cumin seeds)
Instructions
  1. To a kadai add jeera roast in low flame. Do not burn cook in low flame.

  2. Roast until its aromatic and turns golden.Switch off and spread it on a plate to cool down.Cool down completely.

  3. Transfer to a mixer jar and grind it to a fine powder.Cool down then store.

  4. Cool down then store in a  dry airtight container.
