Chocolate Sauce

Chocolate Sauce is a yummy sauce made by simmering coco powder with butter & sugar. Chocolate Sauce is a great spread for bread, chapathi and used as a topping for desserts & snacks. Homemade Chocolate Sauce is a handy bliss to make food taste great!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon coco powder

Instructions

  • Measure and take powdered sugar, add water to it.Add coco powder to it.
  • Whisk well so that there are no lumps, heat it up.Bring it to a boil and simmer for 2 mins.Switch off.
  • Look how the consistency is.Smooth and silky.Cool down then store in a clean jar.
  • You can use it in room temperature for 3 days after that refrigerate it stays good for 10 days.This sauce doesn't get thick it stays the same.
