Chai spiced vanilla pudding recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  • chopped nuts to garnish
Spice powders:
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/8 tsp clove powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
Instructions
  1. Take boiled and cooled milk.Add chia seeds to it.

  2. Add all the spice powders to it along with vanilla essence.Add honey to taste.

  3. Whisk well.

  4. Chill the pudding atleast for 2 to 3 hours so that it becomes thick and creamy.

  5. Serve chilled with chopped nuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
