Iced Coffee

Iced Coffee is a chocolaty, flavourful drink made by blending boiled & cooled milk with chia seeds, coffee & coco powders, ice cubes and sugar. Iced Coffee is a good choice of alternate to regular coffee &tea as it sooths heart with its taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoon thick coffee decotion
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup bloomed chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Take milk in a sauce pan, boil and then simmer for 3-5 mins. Cool down completely.
  • Take coffee decoction in a bowl, add sugar and cocoa powder to it.
  • Mix well to form a lump free runny liquid. Add milk to a mixer jar.
  • Add coffee decoction and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  • Finally add bloomed chia seeds. Use the whip option n whip once or twice. Freeze the serving glass for at least 10 mins.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup, add 2 to 3 ice cubes. Add the blended mixture to the serving glass.
  • Serve Iced Coffee chilled!

Notes

  • Instead of adding milk as such you can freeze milk and also blend for a thick creamy shake.
  • Adjust decoction according to the flavour you want. If you want it a bit strong you can little more decoction.
