Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk boiled, cooled and chilled
  • 2 tablespoon bloomed chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • a tiny pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • To a mixing bowl add milk (boiled, cooled and chilled), add bloomed chia seeds. You can add raw chia seeds too.
  • Add vanilla essence and milk powder to it.
  • Add cinnamon powder and honey.
  • Blend for few seconds. Serve Chia Milk chilled!
  • You can use chilled milk or chill it after making.

Notes

  • You can replace milk with nut milk or coconut milk too.
  • You can replace honey with any of your favorite sweetener.
  • If you like it warm then do not chill the milk, boil cool down for
a while then add and blend the ingredients. Serve immediately.
  • I had bloomed chia seeds so used that, you can use raw chia seeds as such too. You can plus or minus the quantity of chia seeds according to your preference.
  • You can use a mixer jar to blend too but use pulse option and pulse for just few times, that enough.
  • If you like cinnamon flavour add more.
