Chia Seeds | How to Bloom Chia Seeds

Chia seed is tasteless, bland ingredient that is packed with essential nutrients needed for our body. Chia seeds can be consumed by adding it to breakfast bowls & smoothie in seed form or by adding to drinks and juices by blooming it soaking in water.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Measure and take a heaped tablespoon of chia seeds.
  • Take chia seed sin a bowl. Add water to it. They absorb water well so add enough water. Mix well.
  • Cover and keep in fridge overnight. The next day it will be bloomed like this. You can use this for any of your beverage. They are jelly like.
  • Store Chia Seeds in fridge.

Notes

  • I usually finish it up within 2 days.
  • Soak overnight and store in fridge.
