  • To a mixing bowl add butter, add brown sugar.
  • Add regular white sugar.Whisk until creamy.
  • Look how creamy it is. You can use whisk too, I used my hand mixer. Add vanilla essence to it. Add an egg.
  • Whisk in medium speed until combined. In another mixing bowl add wheat flour.
  • Add baking soda to it.
  • Whisk well. Add flour to the batter.
  • Whisk to gather together then use a spatula to form a dough. Add choco chips to it.
  • Fold in do not over mix. Now take a tablespoon measure to scoop out even sized balls.
  • Roll them between your palms and place it on the tray.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 160 deg for 15-20 mins or until the edges turn golden. You can slightly flatten it while placing on the baking tray if you like thin cookies.
  • Cool on wirerack then store. Enjoy crispy whole wheat chocolate chip cookies!
