Notes
- Don't have a popsicle mould?! don't worry use disposable plastic cups or even thick paper cups cling wrap aluminium foil and us ice cream sticks and freeze it. It de-moulds easily or you can even cut the cups to get the popsicles out.
- You can even add rose milk essence instead of syrup, in that case you need to add more sugar. Adjust sugar according to our taste.
- I used rose milk syrup which already had sugar in it but added extra sugar for our taste preference. Add little more sweetness than we add for drinking.
- Freezing for at least 6 hours is required but I kept it overnight.
- For easy de-moulding - show the popsicle moulds in warm water, then pull the stick out slowly to get the ice pops clean.

Hi Sharmi,
I tried making Popsicles this way and found that it was having flaky icy consistency after being set. Pls let me know if you also see the same or why my popsicle would turn that way? Thanks for the awesome receipes!
SHARMILEE J
It will not be creamy as we are just adding and freezing, as there is milk in this it will not be very flaky but sure ice crystals will be there
Malar
Thanks Sharmi! Is there a way to avoid it?
SHARMILEE J
If it has to be avoided then you have to blend it again and again to attain the creamy texture
