poondu dhania podi recipe

Poondu dhania podi recipe – A great side dish for idli dosa and even rice. This is a spicy and flavourful podi that you can make and store it for months and enjoy. This podi can be mixed with gingelly oil or ghee and can be served with idli dosa, you can also mix it with rice, oil and have it..tastes so good.

When I visit chennai one of the main things I look forward is the food at my sil’s place. She always has atleast 4-5 podis in stock which is passed on from her mil.We all liked this podi so much so asked my sil for the measures. She in turn called her mil to get the recipe and passed it on to me 🙂 Thank you Priya!! 🙂

I am going to make few podis and stock it up so that it will be helpful especially when I am too drained out to make dinner.
