When I visit chennai one of the main things I look forward is the food at my sil’s place. She always has atleast 4-5 podis in stock which is passed on from her mil.We all liked this podi so much so asked my sil for the measures. She in turn called her mil to get the recipe and passed it on to me. Thank you Priya!

I am going to make few podis and stock it up so that it will be helpful especially when I am too drained out to make dinner.
