Peanut Candy Popsicles was the idea from my 3 and 1/2 year old who was waiting for me to take out the popsicle molds.Had few leftover peanut candy and when he saw it, he insisted that I should try popsicles with it, though he loves to eat it s such too.
Summer has started and its been so so hot and am making popsicles, juices and sarbath to quench our thirst.

Peanut Candy Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk boiled & cooled
- 6 to 8 squares peanut candy
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
Instructions
- Take peanut candies in a bowl, add 1/2 cup hot milk to it. Let it soak for 15 mins.
- Add this to mixer jar. Add cane sugar and blend it well.
- Add remaining 1/2 cup milk and blend again. Now pour into popsicle mould.
- Close with lid. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight preferably. Next day show the mold under running tap water and gently pull out the popsicles and enjoy!
- Serve Peanut Candy Popsicles immediately.
Notes
- You can use the traditional kadala mittai too.
- While blending you can even pulse it get textured popsicles. Mittu likes this way so I grinded it smooth.
