Oats Cornflakes Ladoo
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup cornflakes
- 1/4 cup tutti frutti
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 3 tsp ghee plus to grease
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
- Dry roast oats until slightly golden and a nutty aroma comes. Switch off set aside to cool.
- Transfer to a mixer jar and grind it to a coarse mixture.
- Transfer to mixing bowl then add cornflakes to the same mixer. Powder it and transfer to mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add tutti frutti. Mix it.
- Then add condensed milk. Mix it then add cardamom powder.
- Finally add ghee and mix it. Grease your hand with ghee.
- Shape them into ladoos, small or big as per your preference.
- Store Oats Cornflakes Ladoo in a clean container.

- If it doesn't come together then add few drops of milk then shape into ladoos.
