I made the dates sweet chutney just for this travel menu sake but ended up making green chutney as well to make chaats…… 🙂 yess I always get tempted to make chaat whenever I make this sweet chutney.

Here is the travel idea menu 6:
- Add milk while making curd rice to avoid sourness.
- Make masala chapathi like the way we make phulkas to make them stay soft for longer.Then you can brush with ghee / oil.
- You can make the sweet chutney a day in advance and refrigerate it.
- You can even make the masala chapathi dough ready a day ahead and store in tupperware containers and refrigerate it. While making masala chapathi bring the dough to room temperature then roll it.
