Mango jelly pops recipeMango jelly pops recipe – A very easy summer treat for your kids which uses milk and  jelly as base for these popsicles or pops.

I made homemade mango jelly few weeks back, mittu had it as such, I reserved a little of the jellies for making this mango jelly pops.

Mittu loves homemade jellies so am trying make jellies every now and then.I use agar agar for making jellies and it comes out super good.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk (boiled and cooled)
  • 1/2 cup mango jelly
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl - take milk,add sugar to it.Mix well until sugar completely dissolves.Make sure the milk is completely cool.
  • Chop the jellies. I used homemade mango jelly.Add it to the milk mixture and set aside for 10mins.
  • Take your popsicle mould.Fill the mould leaving some space at the top.Close with lid and freeze for atleast 8 hours.Then show the bottom part of the popsicle mould in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully.Serve immediately!

Notes

  • If you prefer you can add mango or vanilla essence in the milk.
  • Make sure to give atleast 5-10mins standing time after the jelly is added to the milk so that it blends well with the milk.
