Grape pudding recipe a delicious pudding made with grape juice.I wanted to try this pudding this summer with grapovin and finally did it.Silky smooth grape flavored pudding perfect to enjoy this season.If you are a fan of grapes then this grape pudding is a must try for you.

Grape pudding recipe

Grape pudding recipe with corn flour.

Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/2 cups grapes
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/3 cup water
  • few drops grapovin essence

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add the grapes rinse it well then drain water.Transfer to a mixer jar and pulse it few times. Do not grind more as it might give bitter taste.
  • Strain it and extract the juice completely.
  • Add sugar, mix well until sugar is dissolved completely.
  • Add grapovin essence and mix well,Set aside. In a sauce pan, add cornflour.
  • Add water to it.
  • Mix well without any lumps, cook in low flame until it is thick.Add grape juice.
  • Keep cooking in low flame.
  • Keep cooking until it forms a thick syrup and coats the laddle.Switch off and set aside to cool for few mins.Then pour into serving cups and enjoy! Refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy!
  • Serve chilled!

Notes

  • Do not grind grapes too much , as its with seeds it might give bitter taste.I used grapes with seeds.You can use seedless grapes too.

      Its a grape flavoured essence which give a deep red color too
