Dates Cornflakes Smoothie | Healthy Breakfast Smoothies

November 3, 2009 by Sharmilee J 32 Comments

I often find myself getting confused with a smoothie and a milk shake so tried googling today. Some facts about smoothie from wikipedia :
A smoothie is a blended, chilled, sweet beverage made from fresh fruit or vegetables. In addition to fruit, many smoothies include crushed ice, frozen/.dry fruit, honey or frozen yogurt. They have a milkshake-like consistency but much more thicker. Unlike milkshakes, they usually don’t contain ice cream, but contain milk.

Dates Cornflakes Smoothie

@nithya : You have to add cornflakes while grinding itself and add little crushed cornflakes for garnishing as well.

Smoothies / Milkshakes / Juices are meant to be had fresh so I suggest not to pack….

I love that there is nothing you would change. That's impressive. We don't drink enough smoothies. I am not a morning person so it just never occurs to me. I should start.

I think, you’ve chosen a good way. And I want to offer to visit juices that are good for leafy greens and, maybe, you’ll find a “love” for whole your life.
