Method
- Heat dosa tawa.Take idli dosa batter with a small spoon and pour it on the dosa tawa,do not spread.Drizzle ghee.
- Cook covered for 2 mins.Flip over and cook on both sides till golden and slightly crisp at the edges.
My Notes
- If you spread and make it thin you can get coin dosa.
- Drizzle ghee generously.
- Though I did not get perfect round shapes am sure you will get it by practice.

It is normal cast iron dosa tawa.I got it in a local shop here so no brand all.
