    Method

    1. Heat dosa tawa.Take idli dosa batter with a small spoon and pour it on the dosa tawa,do not spread.Drizzle ghee.
      Coin Oothappam,Chutney,Sambar,Orange Juice - Step1Pin
    2. Cook covered for 2 mins.Flip over and cook on both sides till golden and slightly crisp at the edges.

    My Notes

    • If you spread and make it thin you can get coin dosa.
    • Drizzle ghee generously.
    • Though I did not get perfect round shapes am sure you will get it by practice.

      Ur receipes are awesum…love Dem so much…want to knw which brand dosa tawa/ skillet ur using above?? Is it cast iron?? Where to get it?

        It is normal cast iron dosa tawa.I got it in a local shop here so no brand all.
