I tried this Coconut Overnight Oats Recipe a while back.I have started to like this overnight oats recipes for its ease and convenience of making it well ahead and your breakfast is ready the next day..how nice is that?!

Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats You can use quick cooking oats too
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tbsp soaked sabja seeds
- 1/4 cup dried coconut / dessicated coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup milk boiled and cooled
Instructions
- First take your serving glass, I used my mini mason jar. First add oats.
- Then add half of coconut, cane sugar then add coconut milk.
- Add sabja seeds, add milk.
- Then add rest of coconut, close and refrigerate. Let it stand at least for 8 hrs or overnight then serve Coconut Overnight Oats.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- You can replace cane sugar with honey too.
- If you don't get desiccated coconut, then dry roast fresh grated coconut and use it.
- Do not add hot milk it is okay if its warm.
- If it becomes too dry then add more milk while serving.
- You can replace coconut milk with almond or regular dairy milk too.
