Spiced Tea Pudding | Tea Flavoured Spiced Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence optional
- chopped nuts to garnish
Spice powders:
- 1/8 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp clove powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
Instructions
- Take boiled and cooled milk. Add chia seeds to it.
- Add all the spice powders to it along with vanilla essence.
- Add honey to taste. Whisk well.
- Chill the pudding atleast for 2 to 3 hours so that it becomes thick and creamy.
- Serve Spiced Tea Pudding chilled with chopped nuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
Notes
- If you want a vegan version skip dairy milk and you can use coconut milk or almond milk instead.
How to make Spiced Tea Pudding
- Take milk in a sauce pan, boil for 3-5 mins.
- Take boiled and cooled milk.Add chia seeds to it.
- Add all the spice powders to it along with vanilla essence.Add honey to taste.
- Whisk well.
- Chill the pudding atleast for 2 to 3 hours so that it becomes thick and creamy.
Serve chilled with chopped nuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
Serve it warm or chilled!
