Bell Pepper Sandwich is a tasty and quick open sandwich that you make in a jiffy.I used homemade multigrain bread to make sandwich and it was a fulfilling breakfast.
I made like open sandwich but you can use sandwich maker to make grilled sandwich too.

Bell Pepper Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 slices bread
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1/2 cup capsicum sliced
- 1/4 cup onion sliced
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/4 cup mozarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter, add capsicum and onion.Saute for 2 mins then add salt, pepper powder and oregano.
- Saute for 2 mins then switch off.
- Take your bread slices. I used homemade multigrain bread(will post the recipe soon). Spread mayo over it. Add onion capsicum on it.
- Then sprinkle cheese over it to cover up.
- Heat butter add the bread slices and toast.Sprinkle chilli flakes.Cook covered for a minute until the cheese melts and the base turns crisp.
- Serve Bell Pepper Sandwich immediately.
