Baby corn malai subji is a very easy and quick side for roti, chapathi, pulao etc. Baby corn saji recipe with step by step pictures.
Few months back I planned to make baby corn gravy with chapathi for mittus lunchbox as she loves the combo. But to my luck there was no tomato and I check it only morning, then came the idea of making malai baby corn sabji which I shared in instagram, adding little peas with it.I was little doubtful whether she would like it as she is always reluctant to try new dishes.

Sharmi, very interesting subji, really without tomato – looking so tasty. Feel like have it as a starter too. Your photograph shows the tasty coating of malai masala perfectly. Surely I will try soon. Your Phulka basket is cute.

Your baby corn recipes are so tempting. But whenever iI buy baby corn and cook it, i get a very pungent smell of pesticides which makes it very unpalatable. Do you have this problem? Any suggestions to do away with the smell? I am very hesitant to make anything for my 6 yr old kid because of this.
