I make Pasta once in a while atleast twice a month when I run out of idli dosa batter.I am not fond of pasta but can have it attimes but hubby loves pasta recipes especially white sauce pasta and thats the main reason for me to try this Alfredo pasta.I can say Alfredo Pasta is a rich pasta recipe with cheese and fresh cream as main ingredients, am sure you will love it if you are a fan of white sauce recipes. It is really tough these days to do a post, kind of exhausted but still whenever I feel I need a distraction, the first thing I do is blogging as it is such a stress buster I say!

- You can replace veggies with chicken too. Or you can even make it as plain with just pasta.
- While cooking pasta, adding olive oil ensures non sticky pasta.
- Freshly ground pepper powder adds extra flavour.
- You can use any pasta variety. As I had fusilli in stock, I used that.
