When I was thinking of this weeks breakfast idea, my cousin sister gave me this idea of making pesarattu dosa with sprouted green moong dal.So soaked it right away and made pesarattu next morning , made ginger coconut chutney as sidedish , will post the recipe soon.
Kids are always fascinated by shape, size and color so made this min version with red color chutney 🙂 As pesarattu is heavy , I havent added any juice / milk beverage to this breakast menu but if you prefer feel free to add it in your kids menu 🙂

Here is the kids breakfast menu 23:Mini Pesarattu Dosa, Chutney
- Spread pesarattu batter in a spoon to make mini dosas.Drizzle oil, flip over and cook on both sides.
- You can spread the batter thick or thick as per your liking.
- If you prefer add chopped onion , I mixed it with the batter.
